Seasonal Produce ~ March
So with the first signs of spring comes the excitement in the kitchens, foraging for wild produce will reap more and varied treasures from the hedgerows from now on. Many chefs on the social networking sites have expressed their desire for the new season produce to come through, including Simon Rogan of L’Enclume in Cumbria.
