A Preview of May
Breaking one of the cardinal rules of blogging, I’m going to apologise for the delay in this post. It was down to the release of the The Worlds 50 Best on Monday, which was so farcical it just begged to be commented on. So for that I apologise.
The food & drink festival season has really started to gather pace now so there is no reason to get out there and sample real food producers.

This month I’ve introduced a printable PDF of the festivals as the list is now getting longer. The seasonal produce list is still available on chefhermes.com.
