Soupe du Jour will aim to bring tradition and modern interpretations of classic recipes to life. Its focus, on fresh farm supplied ingredients coupled with a healthy focus, create a high quality soups at a fair price.

Great, because we want to give you the chance of being part of a company growing to something big at the early stages as we are looking for someone to join our dynamic team as our Commis Chef.

Commis Chef Requirements:

•   Would suit an apprentice with minimum 12 months kitchen experience

•   Passionate about food

•   Dedicated to learning and working hard

•   Team spirit, will work with the chef and push on

•   High standards of hygiene

•   Preparing ingredients

•   Dealing with catering, deliveries and stock rotation
